You can get in touch with a realtor, or sometimes title companies can print a list. You just call and ask for Customer Service and tell them what your looking for.

Question by jkshack: Mortgage Broker, or as they are fixing to call it, a Residential Loan Originator or a Real Estate Agent?
I’m 37, and I’m at a career change, not by choice. I”ve always loved Real Estate, but I would like to get my license as either a Mortgage Broker or Real Estate Agent? Which one is more lucrative, and which one is more solid in bad times. Thanks for the help.

a; a residential loan originator works for a mortgage broker…..
b; a real estate agent works for a real estate broker.
c; you may get schooling for, test for and get a license for BOTH mortgage broker and
separately, from a different agency, real estate agent.

in some states, if you wish to do COMMERCIAL loans, there is no regulation whatever.

perhaps 5% of all buyers of real estate have sufficient savings to buy a property with their
own cash………..thus,

both real estate agents AND mortgage brokers are equally needed–although if one has
a good bank, the loan officer can do what a mortgage broker does cause the
broker SEEKS lenders and a bank is a direct source of $ .
